Product Return, Exchange, or Replacement Policy-
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for exchange or a full refund. If you have an issue with any of the parts inside the box, we will gladly replace those parts at no extra charge to you. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and let us know which part you have an issue with, and email us a picture of the damage to Customers@ornamagic.com. We will ship out a replacement to you with in 1 business day of confirmation.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it for exchange or a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping for refund.
Email Customers@ornamagic.com a request for refund and attach a copy of the original purchase receipt to the email. We will confirm within 2 business days including the address on where to return the product. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and a copy of the receipt must be with the product.
Warranty Replacement –
We test our products to know what the maximum limits are.
If you have issues with the strands breaking after a few years of use.
